At the same time, the pandemic situation C Level Executive List itself is a moment of crisis condensation that makes the search for answers about how the region sees the main players on the world board more relevant: not only Europe, but also the United C Level Executive List States, China and Russia. We start from three questions: how is the current global uncertainty experienced in Latin America? How do the societies of the region absorb the epochal changes in the international system? What are the C Level Executive List levels of discord and/or social consensus regarding the direction of these changes and their actors?
It was with the purpose of facing such a C Level Executive List challenge that a survey entitled «European Union - Latin America: perspectives, agendas and expectations» was designed and carried out, the results of which motivate this analysis. This is an investigation that was carried out through the Latinobarómetro in the second half of 2021, in a representative C Level Executive List group of ten Latin American countries: Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Guatemala, Mexico, Uruguay, and Venezuela. The results of the survey are in an advanced stage of processing and analysis, with the intention of presenting a snapshot of Latin American public opinion regarding its C Level Executive List dominant perceptions and strategic preferences in the international arena.
This text corresponds to the first stage of C Level Executive List dissemination and has its focuses on the interregional relationship between Latin America and Europe, understood as the set of countries that comprise it or as the European Union as an C Level Executive List institution. The data indicate a mostly positive perception regarding the role of the European Union in the international agenda and, just as or more importantly, levels of agreement in Latin American public C Level Executive List opinion on global issues that contrast with the polarization often observed in political debates and speeches on a regional scale.
